The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are opting for. At the very beginning of the process, a recruiter assesses the qualifications and competencies of candidates related to the requirements of the desired role. If the candidate successfully passes this stage of the application, the recruiter will reach out by phone to check the motivation of the candidate. The recruiter will then invite the candidate to an in-person meeting were the current representative of the department might be present.
